Xavier Bertoni introduces the new Easy2Ride Bertoni Freeski Academy!
What is the Bertoni Freeski Academy? It is the first French freestyle ski school with a snow park specifically for learning and praciticing freesytle skiing!
ESI Ambassador Xavier Bertoni has created the new Bertoni Freeski Academy in conjunction with Easy2Ride here in Morzine. Winner of the Halfpipe in the 2009 Aspen X games, Xavier has always dreamt of making freestyle skiing available for everyone! With the new Bertoni Freeski Academy and Freeski Zone, he has done just that.
In a time when freestyle skiing has never been more known, Xavier has decided to take his retirement from professional freestyle skiing and become an ESI ski instructor. In his new role as an instructor, he can coach the future champions of freestyle skiing!
The new Freeski Zone (park) is situated at the Mas Verjus button lift, just at the bottom of the Pleney and it is equipped with boxes, rails and also a Big AirBag!! The goal of this new ski school is to make freestyle skiing accessible to everyone through professtional training by Xavier and in a dedicated park - the Freeski zone.
Xavier is doing group lessons throughout the season and also is available for private instruction every day depending on availability. There are three options for the group lessons, Swtich pack for an initiation into freestyle skiing for beginners, 360 pack for intermediates and Gold pack for accomplished freestyle skiers.
